Monday

6:00pm – 7.30pm: Boxing

7:30pm – 9:00pm: Mixed Martial Arts (All Levels)

Tuesday

10:30am – 12:30pm: Pro MMA Training (Ask Instructor)

4:00pm – 5:00pm: Junior BJJ (Ages 8+ Gi required)

5:00pm – 6:00pm: Krav Maga (Israeli Self Defence System)

6:00pm – 7:30pm: Strength and Conditioning

7:30pm – 9:00pm: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi BJJ)

Wednesday

4.00pm – 5.00pm: Junior Jujitsu 4-15yrs

5:00pm – 5:50pm : Junior Kickboxing (8-14yrs)

6:00pm – 7:30pm: HKS Kickboxing (All Levels)

7:30pm – 9:00pm: No Gi BJJ and Wrestling

Thursday

6:00pm – 7:30pm: MMA (All Levels)

7:30pm – 9:00pm: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi BJJ)

Friday

10:30am – 12:00pm: Pro MMA Training (Ask Instructor)

5:00pm – 5:50pm: Teen MMA (Ages 12-17)

6:00pm – 7:30pm: HKS Kickboxing (All Levels)

7:30pm-9:00pm: CS Team Training (Invite Only)

Saturday

9:00am – 10:30am: Strength and Conditioning with Brendan Chaplin

10:30am – 21:30am: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi BJJ) and BJJ Sparring

1:00pm – 2:00pm: Junior Jujitsu 4-8yrs

2:00pm – 3:00pm: Junior Jujitsu 4-14yrs

3:00pm – 4:00pm: Junior Jujitsu 9-14yrs

Open Training

Open training is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm except where there are daytime classes.

Those opting for open training can make full use of the strongman and cardio equipment, weights and facilities either alone, with a partner or in a group. This  is a fantastic opportunity to use the high-level resources the Caged Steel Training Centre has to offer.

Extra training for fighters available by arrangement.
