Dave Hirst is a highly experienced and well-rounded professional fighter. Although particularly known for his devastating wrestling and effective submissions, he has also garnered some acclaim for his valiant facial hair.
Dave has been involved in Mixed Martial Arts for almost a decade, making his professional debut in 2006. With six professional wins (all by way of submission) he has shown his effective grappling for MMA and recently acquired his BJJ purple belt under Helen and Darren Currie of Combat Base.
Dave’s commitment and work ethic when preparing for fights is unrivalled and this passion extends to his coaching, where he expects the best from his students. He will be involved in preparing the Caged Steel Fight Team and coaching MMA.
